Because of the great deals and discounts that we offer, many of our products sell out very quickly. We do update our site on a regular basis, but there is an inevitable delay in reflecting the fluctuations of quantities of product on hand and the availability of the products in the suppliers warehouses. All products are subject to prior sale, and there may be limited quantities of products offered.

If the item you order is temporarily out of stock then we will let you know how soon the product could be expected to be in stock and estimate how long you may have to wait to receive your shipment. After you place an order we will send you an invoice that will give you the details of your order as well as the expected shipping times. If an occassion arises where you have placed an order for an item that is out of stock permanently, we will issue you a refund upon request. We try to make every effort to keep our product pages up-to-date with only the products that are actually available for you to buy but there are times when those efforts are not enough. In the end we will do our best to make you happy.

Some of the products that you will find on our site are sold through 3rd parties. When this is the case, your order will fall under whatever rules they have to govern their ecommerce website and business. If you come to a page on our site with 3rd party products we will make that clear on that page for your reference.
